From Kimche, unless you have more time don't go to Ghandruk but go to Chamrong via New Bridge, Jhinu ...

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I am bit confused about the places.

Is Kimche and Shiwai the same place?
How far can one go in a Jeep from Pokhra enroute ABC?
Is it possible to reach Chomorong from Pokhra in a day, Going thorugh a Jeep and then Trek. How much Trek will be this and difficulty level?
As I got from previous comment the shortest route to Chomorong is through NewBridge--Jhinu.
If not Chomorong, is it possible to reach Jhinu on that day(accommodation available at Jhinu?).From Jhinu to Himalayas the next day?

Possible to get to Chamrong in a day. Need to hire a vehicle to Kimche. Start early and plan on a full day of trekking. Distances aren't the best way to judge. For instance, the way through Gandruk might be shorter but harder and might take longer. Apart from the long day due to motor ride and hiking, the difficulty is not much. There is elevation gain towards the end.

None of this is firsthand knowledge. We are going later this year and I have done some research that I am sharing.
