Himalayan Mountaneering Course 2012

Hello,

I want to go to the Basic MOuntaneering Course this April, I alreday sent the appliccation form in December, and they sent me back the confirmation of a place vacant:


" refer your mail dated 19th Dec 2011.
a copy of new joining instruction and confirmation of vacancy is
attached herewith for your ready reference.
you have to bring the medical certificate signed by any general
physician at the time of reporting "

Reading in the web I found that place confirmation are only sure after payment (that make absolutely sense) so I ask them about, but they tell me that for foreign people they apply special preference:

"those rules is only for Indian student special preference is given to the foreign student.
course fee of Rs 650USD is to paid at the office during reporting i.e 06th April"


Since a week ago I have already my India Passport, so I send an Email with an scan copy. The problem is that I get no answer from the institute. I send the email to the three email adresses that are in his web, but no answer from any one.

Anyone can give some information about if there is any problem with the email? I would really want any confirmation that everything is ok, before get the fly.

There is anyone going to that course this April?
