Hi sks551 ,
How about your Gangotri-Gaumukh trip? We got very bad weather throughout the route after Gangotri , and I compelled to cancel my Tapoban climb after reaching Gaumukh , due to bad weather condition. Debajyoti |

Just got back to England on 6th Nov after a long trip (over a month) in India. I'll write a feed back once I have settled down in normal life. Our Gangotri-Gaumukh trip was quite hard but EXCELLENT. The weather was absolutely brilliant. I remember a number of IM members suggested that the route was not difficult. We found some parts of the route was quite dangerous and in fact on the day we were returning from Gaumukh (11th Oct) one guy fell to his death. I have taken over 3000 photos through out our 13 days trip. I’ll post the photos once I have sorted them. |

Hi Tilak,
I do carry several 4GB CF memory cards and take photo when ever I can. I have no intention of posting all photos; I probably will delete half of that any way; that's the beauty of digital photography, keep the best photos and delete the rest. |
