dec-jan-feb Nanda Devi in north-eastern Uttaranchal.

Hi everyone

I'm super keen to do some exploring around the Nanda Devi region, and basically the whole area of north-eastern Uttaranchal.

I'll also do some wondering off the beaten track (a litte trekking here and there) but am a little concerned of my safety in this area? Is this a good point or am I juust being stoooopid?

Secondly, I know it'll be freeeeeeeeeezing but there's no reason that should stop me? or is it just considered crazy to be around those areas in dec-jan-feb???
