Ideally suited for 3 days...go ahead..
If you wanna Stay in Chopta contact Negi : 9411387925 ..Wooden houses basic amaenities .. 200 bucks per room (has 3 Beds ) , Negi also runs his own dhaba ..you can have breakfast dinner etc over there ... Also Stay at Tungnath ..to get sunrise view from Chandrashilla..for stay in tungnath their is one Kali-Kamli Dharamshala ..or there are few houses also..ask negi to book for you..

Three days trip from Delhi to Delhi seems like touch and return trip to such a beutiful place. Anyway, all the best for your trip.
