Bridge over Zanskar river around Chilling?
Is the planned bridge over Zanskar river near Chilling built yet or do you still have to take the cable car? If it is built, is is a car bridge or only foot bridge?

As far as my Knowledge the bride is still not constructed, although its part of project to Connect padam with Nimmu
