Beginners mountaineering with ABVIMAS
hi, me and my friend would like to attend a mountaineering course for beginners. What shell we do for preparation? Do we need to have some mountaineering skills already?Are we going to do dangerous stuff? It will be in summer with ABVIMAS.

If you are going for the Basic course...no need to worry.

@Pavlina: No need to do anything. The best you can do is to stay fit. Obviously, thats an advantage but, you don't need to worry for BMC.

Ok, my mistake. Because it didn't show up instantly, I ended up replying the same content twice. Can somebody please help me with how to delete a post here. Well, I know how to edit it, but, somehow not able to delete it. Thanks in advance.
