Day 03 - Drive to Besi Sahar [820m]
Day 04 - Trek to Khudi [790m]
Day 05 - Trek to Bahundanda [1310m]
Day 06 - Trek to Jagat [1290m]
Day 07 - Trek to Dharapani [1920m]
Day 08 - Trek to Chame [2630m]
Day 09 - Trek to Pisang [3190m]
Day 10 - Trek to Manang [3520m]
Day 11 - Rest day in Manang [3520m]
Day 12 - Trek to Letdar [4250m]
Day 13 - Trek to Thorung Phedi [4500m]
Day 14 – Across Thorung La (5416m) to Muktinath [3800m]
Day 15 - Trek to Jomsom [2713m]
OR what's your suggestion?

Schedule looks fine. Just ensure that you reach to Ice Lake when you acclimatize in Manang. It will help you. And if your health permits, you can target to stay in High camp instead of Thorang Phedi. Starting at 3.30 am from Phedi is bit too much to reach Thorang La. You can save 1 crucial hour if you are staying in high camp.

Raj, as I asked you earlier, what's your route....
If we want to cover the trek in some fewer days (2/3 days). will it be possible?

hi, the road now extends a couple of kilometers beyond jagat till chyamje...so, you should ideally start the trek from chyamje...not only will it save you a couple of days, it'll also help to escape from the lowland heat that much faster..you could use those days for the high route from pisang to manang and stay at ghyaru...and beyond muktinath, kagbeni and kalopani are extrememy pretty places..really worth staying at..from kalopani one can view annapurna I and dhaulagiri I...also there are a couple of lakes close by..lake titi and sekong lake..you can visit both the lakes in a day and return to kalopani...you can check out the pics i've posted in a recent thread titled 'photographs of gokyo, EBC and annapurna circuit treks' and decide for yourself.
