advice on the northeast
Just wondering if anyone has any advice about permits for the northeast, arunchal pradesh etc. I would also like to go to bhutan but know it costs a lot, I heard if you can get an invitation from a resident you avoid the fees, any advice on itineraries for this part of india would be greatly appreciated...

I too would like to hear from people who've travelled to Aurnachal. I heard long time ago that the state made it to one of the most prestigious most-scenic-spots-of-the-world-or-something list.
Anyone here ever been to Arunachal? |
