3-5 day treks in Himachal Pradesh

I want to go Himachal Pradesh in mid June. I only have about 5 days off work (I live in Delhi) and I would like to escape to the mountains in Himachal Pradesh and do about 3 days trekking and/or cycling. Can anyone recommend any tour companies who treks for such a short time?

well friend there are several treks in himachal pradesh.one of them is in parvati valley.u have to go to manikarn.then from manikarn take a taxi until the road finish place called name barshaini.then u can do trek to pulga, kalga kheerganga.in manikarn u can see hot water spring.the water is too hot that u can boil rice n lentils inside.in kheerganga u can have very nice shower again in hot water spring.kheerganga is having very nice view n lovely atmosphere.u can do this trek for two three days even more depend on u.if u wanna have more further information let me know
