Yercaud - Kodaikanal - Kamarajar Valley - Itinerary Help

hey hey
hows everyone doing

im planning a trip to some of the hills stations at tamil nadu soon, pls let me know if this itinerary is fine or is it too much - i do intend to take the trip at a slow pace so pls help. also pls recommend places to stay at yercaud and kodaikanal in the range of 1500rs per night - preferably room with a view

would be grt to just chill with a book at the resort itself if its nice.

kamarajar valley i guess there are 3-4 homestays so whichever is available.

29th - blore to kodai(think its a 8-9 hours drive)- stay the night at kodai.
30th - stay at kodai
1st - kodai to kamarajar valley (not sure of how long this is going to take but distance i hear is 90km) - stay at kamarajar
2nd - hire a bike to ride around in kamarajar - stay the night
3rd - kamarajar to yercaud (6 hour drive i think) - stay at yercaud
4th - drive back to blore post lunch.

or should i stay two nights at yercaud. or should i skip yercaud completely.

If you intend to take it at a slow place, then I recommend staying in Kodaikanal longer. There is a lot to do in and around Kodai, and its a beautiful place.

hey vko
decided to break the return journey coz its just one person who is driving the whole trip...and mon being a working day - 2 9 hours drives mite be a little hectic.
