Kodaikanal - Any Idea about buying a Hotel, - The cost?!!

HI!

wonder if anyone could help me with some info about the cost of buying a small hotel in Kodaicanal,... say about 10 to 12 rooms.
Like the ones for Lodging.

Any info. would b very handy.

Not sure about 10 to 12 rooms hotel.

But if you wanted to invest in Timeshare, Lots and Lots of resorts are being built around kodai nowadays.

Check www.fairstay.in

They are pretty new and constructing a resort right now in sivanadi road (The one which leads to Kurinji andavar temple)

The site is right near Old Actress Banumathi Bunglow.

Hi Rock water,

You can also buy an existing property and convert in to a budget hotel or buy land and construct a hotel. Its quite possible as there are lot of properties up for sale in Kodai.

You could contact a local Kodai or Madurai estate agent, or have a look at indiaproperty.com magicbricks.com 99acres.com and similar sites. You could also consider placing a classified ad in a suitable newspaper.
