Question Keel Kalatty

Long shot, but hope a TN member may be able to help.

I have for the last few years sponsored a child under the World Vision program. She lives in Keel Kalatty village, Nilgiri District in TN.

I would like visit her and her family in January. However, I have no idea where the village is or how to get there. Cannot find it on a map, and Google turns up nothing.

Anyone know anything, or able to refer me to a map that may help?

hi

hi,

i think that place is kalhatty, one of the way to mudhumalai from ooty. but i am not sure exactly. i guess.

it is around 35 kms from ooty on the way to mudhumalai, gudalur, mysore.

it is small village.

keel means lower side of kalhatty.(maybe). mel means upper side.

anyhow check again.

Obvious question, but is the sponsorship org. not able to help you out? Looks like the above alternative spellings may already have pinned it down, anyway. (But then you never know, of course.)
