Help Needed for bike trip from Tamil Nadu - kerala wester ghats border trip! Urgent

Hi Mates,
And i am palnning to go this week end for tamil nadu - kerala border forest ghat section trip. Am plannig to leave tomorrow evevning,planning to go through western ghats border from coimbatore to kanniyakumari and also want to cross kerala border either in munnar or vaalparai to chalakudi thru athirapally on hills( i hope it is too sceneic buddies).

I have following documents with me
a).Licence
b) RC(it is in my brother name)
c) Bike insurance(it is also in my brother's name)
d) Life time Road tax paid certificate while Registering bike .
e).Smoke Emission test certificate some 1 year before.

Now i have following questions in my mind.

1. What are all the documents they will check in Tamilnadu - Kerala border checkpost and forest checkpost respectively?

2 What are all the documents they will check in Kerala state if spotted by some traffic police or some other police ?

3.Will they(people in border check post )allow me to ride in this bike,as this bike is having registratin in my brother name(Do, i need to carry any proof, that he is my brother, like ration card or something)?
----This question is always grinding in my mind, please answer this carefully,

4. Do i have to get any permit for roaming in my bike in kerala for just 1 or 2 days?
(I haeard that ,we have to get NOC(No objection Certificate) from RTO where this bike registered , for riding in other state, and also i heard that, if we keep the bike for long period in other states, then only we need to provide NOC( Heard that, to prove that you r in kerala for last 1 or 2 days, you have to show petrol bill got from any petrol bunk in Tamil Nadu against your bike no, just before entering kerala, so that u can prove u r entering kerala now only) .in my case, i will be in kerala for 1 day or 2 day max, so really i have to get NOC?)
--- This question also important , answer me carefully buddies...

5.my smoke emission certificate is 1 year old.. do i have to have very recent one(i.e within 3 months)?

I am really thankfull, if answer me all these questions immediately. because am plannig to leave tomorrow. i hope u understand my situation buddies......
