confused about webpage

i did help to build a new cafe in mamallapuram as a private family-helping-project after a trip to TN last year-(which has been a special experience with a long story). now its really opened and included was making a website for this place (donation). i used my own provider for hosting it - but now is the tricky question for the imprint - should it be placed in germany, because its legally "my" webpage - or should the indian holder of the cafe be named, because its his cafe in TN? Does it need an imprint at all? Does anyone have experience with this?

and if any good ideas what else to put on the site, we re greatful. tried to place some info about mamallapuram and also opened a link-collection for intresting info all around TN etc. So it should not only be the cafe-page, but be more than that.

probably this is the wrong forum to put this question (although it all resulted from traveling to TN last year, all to be read on the history-bLog in the site) , so feel free to shift it or give an idea where else to ask this.
