I will be in India in January 2011. I am planning to use 3G internet service on my mobile phone whilst I visit Tamilnadu. Which 3G internet provider is good in Tamilnadu-Airtel, Vodafone or BSNL? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

3G is not yet widespread anywhere. You need to specific with towns or cities.
