Yesterday's India Pakistan match, I walked in before the start for a bit, and they had cheerleaders
Vir Das was on, and he's funnier than other so-called comedians in this country (like Cyrus Broacha) - a bit.

(Please note my poltically correct terminology, in keeping with kpnuts' statement on popularising cricket among women, and Jhulan Goswami being the only Indian cricketer worth a damn this year at the ICC awards. )

At least in 2020 there are both male and female cheerleaders
I wonder if we will see 200 bollywood dancers when 2020 is held in india with bhangra and dhol mix?

Jayasurya does it again, Man of the Match

What a great win. So good to see India celebrating. What is also interesting is how the team changed/ grew as the tournament went along. By the time the final came along the momentum was almost impossible to stop (I saw almost as their was almost nothing in it going right down to the final over). And as a final - what more could you ask for!

Fantastic India!
