I myself is a snowboarder.

I hve been to Auli & Manali, but the slopes of Auli is more better then Manali, good slopes and can hike over in mountain as day trip.

If you hve self snowboard you can get there easily, but Auli is expensive,so you hve to stay in Joshimath 10 kms before auli.

Its busy in winter season, many snowboarder come to board overthere. I hve been there three times and two times in Manali,I love the mountian and slopes of Indian himalayas.

Do not hve much words to write go and hve a great fun of snowboarding.

If you bring self snowboard,go direct to to auli and book hotel overthere that will be cheap for you and its right way.

Next if you go for package it will be expensive, and not possible to make camp in the mountians, none any travel agents offer snow camp for snowboarding.

I hve took our my snowboard and will be moving soon as i get news where first snowfall, well guys hope to c u in the indian himalayas !!

Also go for these website to know more about snowboarding or snow skiing.

http://www.adventuretrekking.org/www...lhimalayas.com or www.uttaranchaltourisum.com all offer package skiing and snowboard in indian himalayas.

OK !! Hve a great snow adventure !
