Scuba diving
Does anyone know of people who do scuba diving, snorkelling, reef walking etc in the Andamans or Lakshadweep? I don't know if the waters around Goa are suitable. I wish to avoid commercial-minded agencies. I am looking for people who are good at what they do and enjoy teaching people. Thanks.
