Scuba diving in India

Can you suggest me some good places in india for scuba diving where there r good corals.

I have only tried the Andamans, the coral is pretty average. There are looooong uncomfortable boat rides involved in getting to the dive sites. It was rough when we were there (over christmas/new years).

If you have little diving done, you'll probably enjoy it. If your an experienced diver you'll have seen it all and better many times before.

I looked into it until I saw the resort accomodation costs and they are very expensive. When I get to that part of the world, i'll be taking a liveaboard option from the Maldives.
