IPL & ICL Cricket?

I've heard a lot about the IPL (Indian Premier League) hiring high-profile players and setting up teams. I'd read somewhere that the ICL (Indian Cricket League) wanted to be the 'rebel league' to the IPL, but then I'd heard that the ICL has gone defunct. Has it? Are there 2 leagues or just the one?

ICL is going great guns..they have not been given much support, but they are doping very well, they have some of the major international players and have virtually been able to establish the entire Pakistani team...

IPL was established after ICL, they have better support of the sporting infrastructure, they probably would be more successful initially than ICL, however ICL is backed by the showman Subhash Chandra and you cannot expect him to lay low..

Have a friend who contested ICL's functioning, so it's nice to be right...
Have you seen their ads? I caught them on youtube and think they're fun.

Hopefully they're playing well with all that doping, naa?
