Sad news that all you cricket fans might be interested to hear - Jane McGrath, Glenn McGrath's wife lost her long long battle with cancer today leaving 2 young children. She was an amazing woman who fought so hard and also did enormous amounts of fund raising and education about breast cancer and cancer. He (IMO) is one of the gentlemen of Australian cricket and it was obvious he worshipped the ground she walked on.. very sad.

that is sad news indeed.

yes, i was aware of her fight with cancer -
but unaware of her contribution to society.

Yes, Glen is one of the nice cricketers of Australia; another one being Steve. And surprisingly both have significant contributions towards fellow human beings.

Glenn is undoubtedly one of the finest cricketers that Australia has got. We can feel his loss and pray that he finds solace from playing cricket.
