Chennai's complacency has put them in a spot... but atleast they look safe for now

I'm rooting for the Mumbai Indians - I love the way they've bounced back after the Bhajji debacle...

And yes, yesterday's match was a nail-biter, and if it weren't a few dubious run-out decisions, Mumbai would have won...

Well, I didn't see it live but followed it on a live written commentary on a PC. All these dubious decisions tend to even out. But I'm glad that Mumbai are back and Sachin played well.

warne warne warne - he has taken the role of captaincy into an artform! how they deserved to win... gosh!
hey vandy! time for another picture with the guy now
navjot singh sidhu was being interviewed on ndtv and he suggested that we use the backdoor to get warnie involved in indian cricket by granting him indian citizenship!!!

ganguly, dravid, tendulkar, laxman should retire gracefully as icons and from T20.
as for yuvraj and shewag as captains - oh well...

yup sssall - me too - already looking forward to next one
lots of players will be changing teams they say - the bidding will begin soon enough.

but one thing is for sure - any/all offers for the royal challengers should be refused - i think mallya was at his crassest best after his defeat - gross gross gross.

I wish the final had been between the Rajasthan Royals and the King's XI Punjab. Shaun Marsh and Luke Pomersbach play for my state here in Australia, they are exciting young talents

looking back on the ipl...

Quote:
And now as the dust settles on the wham-bam mega cricket mujra, the cheerleaders pack up their sports bras, Priety Zinta goes back to hugging only Ness Wadia, Dada goes back to putting needles in Dhoni’s voodoo doll, Shahrukh Khan tries to forget the man with the throwing arm and Mallya gets high on his own supply of Kingfisher to forget the pain, it is time for a long look back at the revolution that was the first season of IPL.
the trophy was... to say the least... how garish is garish... and to have the map of india - sheesh
