May be Robin Uthhappa deserves a chance, he can be a match winner on his day and is technically better off playing in the V compared to DK.

Records are stacked heavily in favour of MI against KKR. 15 wins out of 20 head to head matches do speak for them. This season itself 2 out of 2. And Rohit has a good record against Kolkata. Strangely these 2 never ever met in playoffs earlier. But KKR has a knack of toppling fancied oppositions. On paper and in head, MI are the favourites. So let us root for the underdogs. That makes it filmy like SRK. Chakde KKR.

I doubt if the same pitch would be used today also.

KKR vs MI will be the real cracker but unyielding Gambhir will edge past Mumbai’s charge.

At the end of the 7th over KKR are 31/5. Would we have 20 overs today?

A good partnership between Jaggi and Yadav. Yadav has a good temperament. Seems to be a big match player. I hope I have not spoken (written) too early.

As the situation stands now, MI will have to bat like RCB to lose this game.

MI enter the finals to meet their nemesis in this season.

They have lost 3 matches against CSK earlier in a season. They have lost 3 matches against RPS this season. Common factor MSD.

Would MI be 4th time lucky? This would be their 4th final and RPS's first final.

If RPS win they will not be there to defend the title next season.

I think we should start a poll to find out which sport generates the most verbiage that is utter gibberish to the uninitiated.

Yes, Yadav as well as Saurabh Tiwary of Jharkhand have done nicely at Ranji Trophy level. Tiwary scored 52 (run out) as Mumbai opener on May 13 against KKR.

Not decided yet.

That is religious provocation in India. You should not make flippant comment on peoples' religion.

Perhaps we should reduce the number of foreign players in a playing team to three. Many of our prospects for future cannot play because of the inclusion of foreign players.

KKR messed it around.. The could open with Lynn and Gambhir. That was a mistake.. 30 runs more and the game could change. Bad cricket.

Looking at the current situation it seems that England and Bangladesh qualify for the semi finals from group A in the Champions Trophy. Australia seems to have been done in by rain.

From group B who ever wins tomorrow and day after tomorrow will qualify for the semi finals.

There is also a possibility of India meeting Pakistan in the finals, provided India defeat SA, Pakistan defeats SL and then they win their respective semi finals.

PS: Match abandoned due to rain. England win by 40 runs on DLS. Bangladesh also through.
