Hey hey,
Vandy's here and rairing to go. Great Start by the Lankans BUT they hit a WALL. Could be a Big day for Rahaul. Yes Brishti, Allways open for a Bet against your boys. Jahaal Muri, sounds interesting, Do they serve this at The Imperial, My Favourite Delhi Hotel. vandy ![]() |

Hi Vandy & Brishti
Thanks for pointing out this thread - I had posted in another one, hopefully the mods will be kind enough to move my two posts here. Vandy, Jahaal Muri is the speciality here in WB and Orissa - I had some the other day in the Falaknuma coming from Sec'bad. Ye, The WALL really is something - I can't believe that at his age, this is the highest he has made in a single day - the guy is getting better with age -like a nice Cognac or Scotch ![]() The way Yuvi, Rahul & Dhoni batted was excellent - I wonder why the other four crumbled like nine-pins. Maybe, they were surprised with this new opening bowler of SL! A class act is a treat to watch - regardless of the country. Dravid actually had a better strike rate than Dhoni and he hit a six very early in the innings. Although, with only 2 fast bowlers, I think India is going to have a tough time bowling out SL cheaply - time will tell. Cheers Nattusbs |

The wall fell over pretty quick,... haan
Ok, with all due respect to Sri Lanka, I don't think they have a chance in the Tests. T20 & ODI's, its a lottery but I would expect India to win the ODI's atleast. Tests - India 2-0 ODI's - India, say 3-2 T20's - My money is in my pocket. Can't believe they are playing 2 of these. I reckon 2/year is enough. This is for, All you can eat Samosa's. Anyone up for it? |

The score could have so easily been 5-1 to India. Ok, now back to the current series. |

shuddacuddawudda - its always the same ole story with the indian team LBBT.
i remember what boycott said during commentary once - 'india is perhaps the only team, that time and again, snatches defeat from the jaws of victory'. 144/1 - 30.2 overs :brishti |

They are motoring along, need to dismiss Dilshan ASAP. He could overhaul India's total by tea tomorrow if he hung around.

Exciting cricket match to watch.Sometimes the score becomes 32-4 and sometimes 426 all out from India's point of view. However, Mr dependable's knock was amazing.
I also predict this series to go in India's favour. The results should be: Test matches-India 1-0 ODI'S-India 4-1 Twenty 20- Draw. I am waiting for the test matches result as it would likely go in India's favour and ofcourse then T20(not so crucial) and ODI's. They really need to take the wicket of Dilshan to win this game |
