i have been told that i could buy tickets on the match day at the stadium - do you think that will be possible or will there be touts to get them from?
also, how much do you think it would cost roughly? |

Generally, the tickets are on sale when there is a week to go before the d-day. So, it is not surprising that you have not found it on the net.
You can buy tickets on Match-day from the touts, but it may cost you a bomb and one cannot be certain if the tickets that are Sold is the real deal or fake versions. If you can get the ticket, it will be well worth the effort as the atmosphere will be electric. |

Mate, the Stadium is not the best in India, but should be quite ok. The atmosphere would be great. In Bangalore, for the recent match between Aus and India, the touts were quoting a Rs1000 Ticket for Rs 2000. But they might try to Rip you by charging you a Much higher Price, as you are a foreigner ( If i am not mistaken). Rs 2000 sounds good, you might be able to get a ticket on Matchday. |
