Fitness & Exercise
My company may be sending me to Bangalore for an extended stay (6 mos, in 5 week shifts). I'm very physically active, and want to try and maintain my triathlon training. I've heard that swimming anywhere is a bad idea (pool or freshwater) but need some pointers on running, cycling (road and MTB) gyms/fitness centers etc.
Should I just shelve the training for the time I;m in country? Switch to yoga, (which I also enjoy) or some combination? Thanks! |
