Yoga Study Assistance Please!

Hi,
I will be travelling to India in mid April to practice Yoga. I will be spending 3 weeks in Mysore and have selected 3 schools to practice in. They include Yoga darshanam, mystic yoga, mandala mysore. If any one has been there I would really appreciate your opinion on them.
From there I will be travelling to Coonoor to spend a few nights in an ayurvedic retreat centre - ayurvedic.org
From there my friend and I are deciding to figure out what our next move should be. Should we continue down south and to Kerala and try to vist Goa aswell.Alot of the schools of yoga seem to be closed in May. I think this is due to the high temperatures?! So should we give Goa miss? Will the heat be more bearable if we travel up north! I am quiete anxious about how hot it is. And concerned about the clothes I can wear! I have bought some playsuits but dont know if these are acceptable in all parts.

Weather in India through out the country is hot from April through June. May is peak summer and North is even hotter, temperatures go upto 48- 50 degrees in south (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_India). I did mine in Bihar School of Yoga (BSY) after some stint with small time yoga instructors. BSY is fairly good and have classes conducted all over India.
