Who is spiritually more advanced?

A person with just no interest or questions on spirituality.

OR

A person pursuing spirituality?

They say it is all about dissolving one’s spiritual questions. Then a person with just no questions would certainly be more spiritually advanced than a person pursuing spiritual questions?

And this does not seem to be a case of 'Ignorance is Bliss'. It seems to be a state of mind, where one has just no interest or questions on spirituality. A higher state of mind.

The question posed above will elicit multiple answers - as Nick succinctly responds above. I would almost re-orient the question thus:

"Is there a more advanced spiritual state for you?"

The onus is on the individual, as opposed to an external comparison. The answer to this question determines if there is another layer to be peeled on the proverbial onion. If someone doesn't feel from his/her internal depths that there is another level of understanding to get to, then the current level is his/her most advanced spiritual possibility, at that point of time.

If it paid the bills, I might start to contemplate it. Of course ...... many people do pay their bills peddling this topic. Therefore, they may be more advanced in some respects.

I think do not be judgemental and just pursue spirituality with or without questions :-)
