Vipassana
Vipassana
Does anyone have any experience of the many Vipassana courses on offer throughout India? Since there are so many 10 day courses to choose from can anyone recommend a good one? How much can you really learn in 10 days? Also, would such a course be a good preamble to a longer yoga course? Thanks

i will reccomend Jaipur and Dhasramshala , i been in in dharamshala it was very nice and i heard about jaipur too.

the vipassana centre @ Igatpuri in nasik is supposed to be good ...write to them at info@giri.dhamma.org and their website is www.vri.dhamma.org ..hope this helps
