Popular Yoga and meditation places/ashrams in Delhi and Varanasi
Namaste! I'll be in Delhi & Varanasi for 4-5 days each. Am wondering if anyone knows or has experienced 1-3 day retreats or individual class sessions in either place?
Also, researching ashrams, there's a lot of yogas/meditations, I'm not familiar with, so my concern is looking for pretty tried & true places that people go to like Hatha, Bikram & Ashtanga yoga and meditation - w/ Osho and BK. Anyone have experiences or recommendations?

I highly recommend the Sivananda Ashram in East of Kailash Delhi.Please call Arun at 0919810645850 who runs the Centre in Gurgaon(near Delhi)but can guide you about the Ashram in Delhi.His email: arunpandala@yahoo.com
