Hmm I wonder what would they charge to enroll! Not that I am interested.

These are not gyms but yoga centers. Power yoga seems to tone the body and adds flexibility and yoga classes (in West) attracts slender and athlete bodies in general but weight loss is not its major strength.

For weight loss, calories in should be less than calories out. That's it.

BTW Thanks to deceipt by clothing companies current (American) size 0 is approximately size 4 of a few year ago. And UK's size 4 is equivalent to USA's size 0. And one manufactur's size 0 maybe another's size 00. Seems like in Hollywood size 00 is the new standard. Which size 0 is this article referring to?
