Yumthang visit at 23 rd january ???

We are planning to visit Gangtok & Yumthang in the last week of January for 6 or 5 days....
Our plan(for 6 days):
departure on 22nd january at night...
On 23 rd January arrival at NGP in the late morning & arrival at Gangtok & stays at night..
On 24th visit at Tsangu Lake.Also sight seeeing at rumtek and other places at the same day.
On 25th Departure from Gangtok to Lachung and Night stay.
On 26th Lachung to Yumthang & back to Darjeeing at the same day.
On 27th stays at Darjelling and sight seeing.
On 28th departure from NGP...

Our plan(for 5 days):
departure on 22nd january at night...
On 23 rd January arrival at NGP in the late morning & arrival at Gangtok & stays at night..
On 24th Departure from Gangtok to Lachung and Night stay.
On 25th Lachung to Yumthang & back to Gangtok at the same day.
On 26th visit at Tsangu Lake.Also sight seeeing at rumtek and other places arond Gangtok.
On 27th NJP from Gangtok boarding the train . .
On 28th return by morning . .

I want to know:
a.It is possible for us to go to Yumthang or Tsangu in the late January ?
b. Cost of Yumthang tour per head ?
c.It is possible for us to come back from Yumthang to Darjeeling at the same day ?
d.Total cost of the tour ?

Plz give me some advice regrading this tour.

A. most likely no. esp Yungthang.
B. about 750-900
C. no, unless you are prepared to reach Darjeeling late (about8) and after a 8 hour ride.
D. would depend on what else you want to do on the trip.
