Question Yumthang in January or March

I plan to visit Sikkim in either mid January or early March.
Which is better period specially for north sikkim i.e. Lachung & Yumthang Katau, Lachen, Thangu, Chopta and Gurudongmar.

Will we get any flowers or snowfall in march?

Thanks
Suhas

I think March is still a little bit early for the rhododendrons. Here's really good website with information about Sikkim. It's quite comprehensive.
