Visit Gangtok in the last week of Sep 2008
I am planning to visit Gangtok in 28.09.08 with my family consit of 4 members.I have planned for one day trip only. Kindly suggest suitable tour plan.

sounds good but one day too little....enjoy the journey from point x to Gangtok.then Rumtel Monstery,rose garden,view point and momo

One day is way too less to see things around Gantok. A few nice things to see around are Enchay monastry, Ganesh tok, Tibetology and if you have the time then Rumtek.

I would personally suggest you to drop this plan or you have to bite your head off.  This place has to be enjoyed thoroughly. For one day trip just go for window shopping and have some delicious foods in some food junction.And plan Sikkim another time with sufficient time i.e.atleast 7 days. Take Care

thanks all of you for the suggestions. Now I have plan to stay 3Nights and 2 days and plan the trip accordingly.
