Taxi rates NJP-Darjeeling-Gangtok

All,
I'm planning to visit Darjeeling, Gangtok coming April end.
the probable itinerary looks like this:

Day 1:MON
NJP To DAJLNG
Stay in DJLNG

Day 2:TUE
To Mirik
Stay in DJLNG

Day 3:WED
To Tiger Hill
Off to GNGTK
Stay in GNGTK

Day 4:THU
Nathula Pass
Stay in GNGTK

Day 5:FRI
Tsongo lake
Local tour
Stay in GNGTK

Day 6:SAT
To NJP

Please suggest me, if I can make this itinerary better.

Also I checked up the rates for taxi from NJP-DRJLNG,GNGTK

alons with tours to Mirik, Nathula...does it come in 1k, 2k range? that seems too much for me. Can smb suggest a better way of handling it? with these tour operators, I'm totally lost ):

Also can you plz suggest sm good budget hygenic hotels in Darjeeling & Gangtok...?

Too few days for travelling all the way from Bangalore. You don't need to book a cab all by yourself.
For visiting Nathu la you need a permit which takes one day to obtain. There are hordes of tour operartors in Gangtok who do the Nathu la trip by jeeps. Book a seat with one of them. The lake is on the way so you visit it on the same day. The tour operator will obtain the permit for you.
From Darjeeling you will find shared vehicles for Gangtok.

How much is the general cost on sharing basis from

NJP-DRJLNG
DRJLNG-Mirik
DRJLNG-GNGTK
GNGTK-Nathula
GNGTK-NJP

& any good hotels you can suggest?

I stayed at the Sikkim tourism's hotel in Gangtok, quite good and affordable. You can check out the West Bengal tourism's hotel in Darjeeling.
April end is just begining of the season in Darjeeling so getting an accomodation shouldn't be a problem. You can search for one after arrival too.
I am sorry about the shared cab rates, we had a car so didn't check the rates. These services are used by local population so it won't be too expensive.
