Sikkim tourism Office in Kolkata

I wonder if somebody can tell me where exactly is the Sikkim Tourism Office in Kolkata, and how to get there.
Provided they still issue the permits to visit Sikkim กกก

It is situated at Sikkim House, 4/1 Middleton Street, in Southern Chowringhee and there is a metro stop not too far away. They issue the permits for Sikkim very quickly.

Why bother? Jeeping from Darjeeling, the border procedure was utterly uncomplicated for us three Swedes and one Chinese.

I am sure its closed on sundays. Saturdays might have shorter working hours. Call them to get the info...thats the best option.
