Sikkim Tour Pls advise urgently

Our Final itinerary is as follows
DAY-1 (05-05-07)
Bagdora to gangtok by 9pm.
DAY-2 (06-05-07)
return Trip to Nathula Pass covering changu lake, baba mandir etc.
DAY-3,4,5 (07/08/09-05-07)
3D/2N North Sikkim Package to cover Lachen, Gurduangmar Lake, Lachung, Yumthang, Yumesangdongetc.

DAY-6 (10-05-07)
Gangtok local sight seeing
DAY-7 (11-05-07) gangtok to Bagdogra.
pls advise me on the following
1. Is it worth visiting Changu lake, Nathula Pass etc in this summer time??
2. is it better to skip nathula trip and Gangtok local sight seeing (i.e. trip of 06-05-07 and 10-05-07) to take approx 1 and half days visit to Pelling??

Which one of the above would be better and more Njoying

I am also looking for a trip to Gangtok and around...and interested to know whats the best method to travel.
Should I book the hotels etc by myself or go thru some travel agent.
In the second option, do you have some details about the travel agenets? I went thru the site sikkiminfo.net and found some listing there..and was thinking to go through 1 of them...but I prefer to have some known agent.

You can move to pelling on Day 6 (instead of Gangtok Local) and enjoy the rest of the day and day 7 (early morning sunrise) in Pelling.
