Sikkim: Information needed about food cost

can anyone give me some idea about the cost of food(basic food) in Gangtok & Pelling ?

plz reply as early as possible..as we are going on 22nd jan...

in Gangtok the basic food costs same as anywhere else..

In Pelling non-veg costs Rs.150/= (approx) for bed tea to dinner per day per head.Various combinations can be done viz.one veg meal and one non-veg or both veg and price varies accordingly.

That sounds quite cheap to me, tasuray. I think a packaged food arrangement here would be a little more expensive. Depends whether you're eating out on the street, inexpensive restaurant, 5 star hotel etc. of course!
