hi duke

weather will be fine. You can go ahead.
But i dont understand why u stay in Lachung for 2 nights ?????
I think it should be 1night in Lachung and 1 night for Lachen.
Dont miss Lachen. Here you can see the Holy Lake Gurudongmar at approx.17000ft.
with surroundings like Leh Ladakh !!!!

hi Canon EOS

I can bet this trip will be memorable. But pls dont mix up Alaska with Sikkim !! They are different.....
In Sikkim you will get to see nature at its RAW Mode Pic like your Canon EOS will give u. ha ha ha.....!
Enjoy and do take tons of Pic of Natures / Mountains at its best.

Sikkim will always remain a special place in my heart. Seems like never going back home !!!!

Best Wishes

Planning for Sikkim in mid June

Hey guys,

I am planning for Sikkim in Mid June with my husband. Going to be there from 14th June to 21st June.

Would I get good weather that time? I am planning for 3 days in pelling (would try to cover south sikkim this time), 3 days north Sikkim and 2 days Gangtok.

Please let me know if this would be an ideal plan.

Thanks in advance!

hi kgemini
thanks for your quick response. I will surely be visiting places you suggested and enjoy my trip. Little rains should be okay, was just wondering if it rains heavy then it might ruin my trip

Mid June could be rainy Sonal. I am going to Darjeeling & North and East Sikkim during the 3rd week of May - and I am advised by the locals that there may be mild rains during that period. Weather, in general, is unpredictable but June is generally the onset of monsoons. Suggest have a look at the weather sites.

Wish you a great vacations !
