Frp, Gorkhey to Dentam you really need to know your way. It is easy to get lost in the forest as many paths crisscross.
It is not too common a route and involves entering Sikkim informally, i.e. without a border checkpost. Maybe legal for Indian citizens, but not for foreigners.
We did it in 1994 on our own but it was expedition-style. Entering Dentam from down the hillslope was like landing on the moon: The locals stared at us as if we were aliens and it was even difficult to get information on travelling onward towards Pemayangtse.
Be prepared to come across real freezing temperatures and deep snow in places.
By asking these questions you seem to be unaware of what it means to be at altitude in winter.
Comping? Carry 4 season sleeping bags capable of -20 celsius comfort ( after a long day' hike you will be tired and more prone to freezing) for ALL of you, fuel, provisions and all the other gear.
Even inside the trekker's huts it will be freezing. Phalut would be coldest.
Better think twice if you are not experienced.
