request advice on kolkata-darjeeling-sikkim iterinary

My family (2+2) is planning to utilize the LTC package for northeast tour during DEcember 19 - 26. We are from HYD. Kindly help me in formulating the best possible iterinary. Thanks in advance

i too have plans to visit darjeeling/sikkim via kolkata but not in dec.
apr and may are really the months to go and see sikkim at its best.
i have done some ground work on this from the posts on this forum
d1.first visit gangtok from bagdogra,
d2. visit changu lake/nathula pass
d3. trip to north sikkim (2 N, 3D)
d4. gurudonggmar lake
d5. youmthang valley, procd gangtok
d6. procd darjeeling
d7. tiger hill, toy train, tea estate.
d8. procd back to bagdogra for return journey.
