Exclamation please confirm whereabouts of Singalila tours & treks

We are to travel to sikkim on 1st of october. We are visiting North Sikkim ( including Gurudongmar lake & Cholamhu lake) & also will do the Hilley-Varsey-Okhrey trek.
We have made all arrangements through Mr.Bhushan Bardewa Of Singalila Tours & treks. He has asked for the half of the agreed amount beforehands. So, can anyone here please confirm the reputation of this Singalila tours & trek & these Bardewa brother (Mr. Bhushan Bardewa & Mr. Deepak Bardewa)
We are to send him money this week( betwn sept 6-12). So, a quick reply would be very helpful.
thanking you.....

i'v been to the sikkim house kolkata & asked the whereabout of the agent. The Officials there informed me that he is a genuine guy & also gave me the no. of the spokesperson of the travel agents assosciation, which was Satish Bardewa (of Yak & Yeti), & the funny part is this Bhushan & Deepak bardewaa are his cousin.
so, he vouched for their reputation & also informed that taking 50% advance is the regular custom for these travel agencies....

Good for you. Thank you for taking my advice. In that case, you should not worry. If there is any problem, you know where to get hold of them. Please insist on receipt, and check their tourism dept certificate. If you face problems, you can always report to the tourism ministry who will take action to either cancel or reprimand them severely. Sikkim takes this thing very seriously. Plus you have the Central govt agencies also. Best of Luck and have a safe journey...

Keep us posted on your trip !!

One more thing...I cannot vouch for it.. I have heard of Yak and Yeti Travels.. they are good I believe. Please don't take me at my word because I have not used them.

Hi guyz we have been to sikkim with the Bardewas and they came up to be really nice people.though we had some doubts(as their websites were down) at the initial stage but when we visited them we found them really committed to their job and we were overwhelmed by their hospitality. If i ever have to recommend someone I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND THE SINGALILA TREKS AND TOURS.

Thanks a lot MR. Bardewa for making our tour a lifetime experience
