Losar - when in 2006?

Does anybody know when Tibetan New Year will be this coming year? I see lots of web sites that say what it is, and when it falls in general, but I am not very good with the lunar calendar. Ditto the Sikkimese New Year.
Does anybody know of any site that lists holidays and festivals with their dates for the current year?

Thumbs up Hi

Hi Tomi,
This year (2005) it was on Feb 09. Don’t have any clue for 2006. But I think it will be published here:

Cheers,
Somnath

Sniff, sniff...

Thanks, guys.

I'll barely be arriving in India (Kolkata) around the first or second February, so I guess I'll miss it this time.

Andreas, do you know whether Tibetan New Year is celebrated in some hidden corner of Bangkok (I will most likely be there then)? I know Theravada Buddhism has little to do with Tibetan, but there might be a pocket of exiles somewhere that I don't know of.

I checked something else and thought I'd list it here for everybody's benefit:

No, I don't know. - I asked GOOGLE. - Bangkok celebrate only "Chinese New Year"! Couldn't find a Losar celebration...
