October is the season and considered to be a good time. We did it on our own and have a bias towards doing on our own

Hi
Its indeed a good time.ive been there couple of times. But u should know where u wanna go & what u want to see. Bcos Sikkim is spread out like any other Hill Station. To name a few r Pelling, Rawangla, Gangtok, & many others. Further u r travelling with kids, so u obviously dont wanna hike around... All the best rockwater2@rediffmail.com
