Group Tour Operator

Hi,

Planning to go to Sikkim (DJL, Peling, Kalimpong, Gangtok) during 1st week of Oct-08. We are 2 families (4 Adult-4 Kids)

Are there any group tour operators that leave on a fixed departure date and return back covering these places...

Reason I am looking for such a group operators is so that the cost will be less both for hotel rooms and travel as compared to me doing individual hotel booking and a separate sumo/innova.

Please let me know.

When I visited Sikkim back in '05 I used Khangri Tours (www.khangri.com) and was very happy with them. Perhaps they can help you out. They are probably more expensive than some but I was very happy with their ability to customize a trip for me, the quality of the guides and food, and especially the attention we received from the owner and the main guide assigned to us: Chumba. I mention a few more details in my review posted after the trip (just search on my name "mjbroz"..there is only one post).
