going to sikkim and assam in february

i wanna going in february to sikkim and assam is anny one been there to this time? whals abuot the wether (temprature anr rain or snow)? is possible to use the streets? are there hotels or guesthouses avalible? so so manny questions i know slotek |

Yes,, it will be Very Cold.
Plenty of Budget and Top range hotels to choose from, but only the top hotels will have heating. Good restaurants to choose from. No problems with the streets...its a modern town. Wrap up WARM!
