Gangtok, peling tour on 23rd January 09 with 1 year child

Hi All,

We will be in sikkim (Gangtok and peling) from 23rd Jan to 26th Jan. We will reach NJP on 23rd Jan morning and will return on 26th Jan by air from Bagdogra.

Now I have some few queries:

1) The weather in the month of January there. We will have our 1 year child with us.

2) We have two options:
a) NJP-> GANGTOK -> PELING -> BAGDOGRA
b) NJP-> PELING -> GANGTOK -> BAGDOGRA

Which will be better? We have 3 nighgts and 4 days. Can we include Changu Lake in our tour?

3) We need to hire a car which will receive us on 23rd Jan morning from NJP and will drop at Bagdora on 26th Jan. What will be the cost? From where I can book car/ hotel? some hotel information will be helpful.
