Hello Narit,
I have a suggestion for you. Do not waste 14th by Kalimpong sight seeing rather have a trip to Lava -Loleygaon, if you leave early for the tour u will get spectacular view from loleygaon(enjoy the hanging bridge foot walk) and you will be back to kalimpong by evening.

Also try to enjoy the toy train trip at darjeeling, I hope the experience will be worth....

I am also going to darjeeling sikkim in Nov.
So expecting a good report from you after the tour.

ok here are my advice.

skip Kalimpong as someone said.

Tsongmo lake isnt worth 1 day - at the most 1.5-2 hours at the lake plus travel time (3-3.5 hours).

Change Yumthang package to Gurudongmar Lake package (2 days). Or go for a combined package (3 days)

Gantok to Pelling drive doesnt take 1 whole day - takes 4 hours.

In Pelling, dont forget to see Pemyengtse Monastery, Rabdentze ruins, Kechopari Lake, and Dubdi monastery and Coronation throne in Yuksom (2 hours ride from Pelling).

Pelling to Darjeeling doesnt take 1 whole day. 4-5 hours maximum.

Your whole trip can be planned a lot better really. You can message me if you want me to make an itinerary for you. Good luck.

how many of you we can have a max of 8 people that will give us freedom of time as per travel agents if we take shared we have to start frm gangtok at 10.00 to 10.30 am but if exclusive we can start by 7 am that will give us 3 hours time to spend in thangu or lachen.
second day gurudongmar
third day yungtham to zero point which usually take 1500 rs more but they have agreed to provide in 15000 if more people we have to recheck with travel agents i mean more than 6 people ...you can reach me at amy.subba@ebookers.com.
By the way where are you people from...cal..
