Any women travel enthusiast who has had an over adventurous trip?
Hi All,
I work for a leading woman's magazine and we are trying to profile women who have journeyed, trekked or got stuck at inhospitable places and were just about able to overcome a catastrophic event. This could be in the form of natural calamities like getting stuck overnight at Nathula owing to landslides, or car skidding off, etc. We need accounts of what you did or thought, how were you able to overcome the obstacles, did it ever put you off travelling, etc. This should be about East and North East India.
I have always looked up indiamike previously when I needed advice on a trip but I joined as a member recently (lazy me!). I am frankly just amazed by the write-ups and the keenness of travel addicts to help out others by patiently answering queries, guiding, giving invaluable tips!
